jilino collects the following categories of personal data:

• Identity Data: Full name, date of birth, nationality, government-issued ID number (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), and a photograph or selfie for identity verification purposes.
• Contact Data: Email address, mobile number, and residential address (including city, province, and postal code within the Philippines).
• Account Data: Username, encrypted password, account preferences, communication preferences, and account activity history.
• Financial Data: GCash number, PayMaya / Maya account details, bank account information (for bank transfer transactions), transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records. jilino does not store full payment card numbers.
• Gaming Data: Game history, bet amounts, win/loss records, session duration, and bonus usage history.
• Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, time zone, and platform access logs.

3. How We Collect Your Data

3.1 Directly from you — when you register an account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact customer support, or participate in promotions.

• IT and infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting and technical service providers who process data on jilino's behalf under strict data processing agreements.

• Marketing consent records are retained for the duration of your account and for three (3) years after opt-out.

8.2 When personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and no legal retention obligation applies, jilino will securely delete or anonymize such data.

11.1 The jilino Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. jilino does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

11.2 If you believe that a minor has registered a jilino account or provided personal data to jilino, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 13 so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

12.1 jilino reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

12.2 Where changes are material, jilino will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of jilino following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

12.3 If you do not agree with any changes to this Privacy Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
