3.1 Single Account. Each individual may register only one (1) jilino account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 You agree to notify jilino immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. jilino will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

5.1 Currency. All transactions on jilino are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jilino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other participating banks). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
5.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated by jilino from time to time.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform.
5.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your jilino account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. jilino cooperates fully with Philippine authorities in relation to anti-money laundering investigations.
5.6 Prohibited Payment Methods. jilino does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards (in compliance with Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card funding of gambling accounts) or any form of cryptocurrency.
6.1 jilino may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

11.2 jilino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilino account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 jilino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
12.1 jilino reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at jilino's sole discretion.
12.2 Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfe iture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
12.3 You may close your jilino account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilino Platform shall first be submitted to jilino's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
